What was your VERY first pack?

Dine out, since I really wanted restaurants. I was so disappointed when I realised how buggy it was - and annoyed that I payed full price for it. So far it's the only pack I've paid full price for with the exception of one which was a birthday present (so technically I didn't pay full price for it) 

I believe I bought them in order so Outdoor Retreat would have been my first I think. I got my game Christmas of 2014.   The sims 4 iteration I own all of the expansions, game packs, stuff packs and kits, and some of the maker packs.  I play on laptop, but do not use CC or mods.  

If I were to start the Sims 4 game today.  I would most likely start with Growing Together for Infant upgrades and likes and dislikes, then LoveStruck for the turn on and turn off’s ( I like the colorful world too ). Then Get Together, Get To Work, Hobbies and Business, Island living and then the 3 animal packs. Parenthood would be my first game pack, and then Outdoir Retreat, and Wedding stories ( for the world and clothes ), spa day and the interior designer pack.  I really anticipated Dine out, but it has flaws and bugs.  The only expansion  I was really disappointed in was Discover University. And I was disappointed in how small the Get Famous world was.  I’m disappointed we never got car,s bands, casino’s, hotels, volleyball, pool tables, and being able to throw baseballs.

The Sims. I played SimsCity previously, and my sister had The Sims on her computer at her apartment. I thought it looked cool, so I got it for Gamecube. I've played every game since and had every pack that came with up to Sims 4.

If you mean specifically Sims 4, then the base game when it came out. I hated it though and didn't play it again until Get To Work was released and I bought that. Still hated it. Didn't play Sims 4 again until 2019. I started buying more packs as they had sales, but I don't remember which order I bought them in. There are still kits and stuff packs I don't own.

I recently started playing again, basically had to start again 😅. I recently bought GTW, Seasons and Cats & Dogs. Its been a while I didn't realise how many packs there are now!

I started playing the Sims when I got House Party bundled with the base game. I knew the game existed before that because I played Sim City, but I wasn't really interested until the Drew Carey cameo made me realize it was quirky and weird and that I should give it a try. I have played every Sims game since then (including The Sims Online), getting Sims 4 on its original release day.

I started playing TS4 2019 and bought my very first pack after about 3 months of playing the base game, I think. The pack was Get Together and I still think it's pretty awesome pack 😄 If my memory serves me right it was on sale and my sister recommended it to me. And before that I had sworn I wouldn't buy any dlc... 😂

Well, in the beginning of the Sims 4's life, I was desperate for some content, so I believe it was Outdoor Retreat. That was the first pack ever released, if I remember correctly. But in any case...

1st Stuff Pack - Luxury Party
1st Game Pack - Outdoor Retreat
1st Expansion Pack - Get to Work

I started playing TS4 fairly recently, and am still playing only the vanilla base game with no packs. I've never played with cc. I've tried a couple mods, but decided not to reinstall them after upgrades disabled them.

I've been thinking about what packs to start with, and may end up getting one of the bundles that includes an expansion pack, a game pack, and a stuff pack, assuming I can decide which bundle to get. The problem is that there are SO MANY packs available now that it's hard to choose (and paying for all of them is not an option).

But the packs currently on my wishlist (based on forum conversations and a little of my own research) are:
Growing Together (EP)
Parenthood (GP)
Vintage Glamour (SP)
Moschino (SP)

Unfortunately, I don't remember exactly what was in each pack that got it on my wishlist, so I'll have to research it again. But for now, I'm enjoying playing my vanilla base game.

Whichever pack was released first, that's the first pack I got for TS2, TS3 and TS4. For TS1 I got the complete collection. 😁
