Farming. They've done two of the most desired expansions (seasons and pets/cats & dogs). There is a LOT of hype over farming right now, and even yesterday or today Grant polled what people would want in a farming EP. (I know those aren't definitive, but they are on the table.)
Although I dont know what the gardening overhaul entails, it would be great timing to release something a bit different, but that works with Seasons.
