You mean the all in one bathroom? I didn't even know they existed until I started playing Isla Paradiso recently and moved a sim into a houseboat that had one. lol
I think they are great. From a builder's POV they are perfect for small builds for sims who are just starting out on their own. They would make a nice addition to TS4.
