What will *YOU* be doing with Newcrest?

I've never been much of a builder because I typically use only the funds a household has at start. Can't do much with $20,000. However, given that these neighborhoods will be virgin territory, I may throw caution to the winds, motherlode my way into the millions and create a community of high-end, upscale, contemporary homes. Manicured lawns, HOA (home-owner's association), lots of masonry. Nothing countrified or Victorian and not a front porch or picket fence to be seen.

I'd also like to build a community center/clubhouse for the neighborhood, including the pool, kitchen and party room.

I wonder if all of that possible, using only the tools provided in game (I don't do mods or CC of any kind).
