San Myshuno because apartments are more enjoyable to me than houses. I like the idea of living in a big city too. For families with houses, my first pick is normally Willow Creek. I might be biased since the world is supposed to be New Orleans based and I'm from New Orleans, but I honestly just like the way Willow Creek looks compared to the other worlds.
I don't like how Oasis Springs is a hot, dry desert land. It doesn't appeal to me at all. Brindelton would be good if there was a way to turn off the stray animals. Windenburg is just okay.
