I just started a whole new save for rotational but all the sims will be related to the main legacy, so the founder for the first branch off legacy that is a dog lover legacy's founder is a kid and I built her a house but her family is quite poor since they have four kids and have to live in a pretty big house with 5,000$ bills (that's a lot for them) so I would use the money to buy her that 60,000$ house and to pay the bills (probably get all the kids nice houses)
