What would you do with the lottery money?
So if I understand correctly, the prize for winning the lottery that pops up as a surprise holiday in Seasons is one million simoleons. Has anyone here had their sim win that (or marry the random town...

When 2 am rolls around, there is an announcement that says it was successful, but no announcement as to who, if anyone, won the lottery. If my Sims ever won the lottery, they would gift the money to family in another household as my Sims are rather wealthy.
The notification for who won happens the next day. I think it's around 10am, but I'm not sure. Your sims will get a sad moodlet after the notification pops up if they didn't win.
Edit: the announcement of who won does happen at 10am. I had the lottery again in my game. My sims never win though.
Unfortunately, I don't get any announcement at all at 10 am concerning the lottery. Every time the Lottery event rolls around, I make sure to pay close attention at 10 am the following day. I even scroll through the announcements to ensure I didn't miss the announcement.
