I have everything negative turned off in game options. I'm having my sim make a video game. She's dazed and needs to do something creative. She shouldn't be getting dazed without any game options set that way, and making games is creative! How is my sim getting negative emotions from the way I'm playing her? Is there any way to turn off the negative emotions without using a mod?

You can shift-click your sim and make her happy maybe? Hopefully that will work? Cheat her needs to make sure everything is full?

aaah @mightysprite you mentioned it just as I was about too, I remember with one of my scenario's I played my sim got dazed because of the midlife crisis, also if you have Get to work, your sim can be getting sick and feel dazed too. Other than that I think a juiced community causes Dazed sims as well, but those are usually the townies you see Dazed.

Thanks. I make her focused to make the video game. I don't know how to make shift click work, I don't play with mods in my game.

I can used to be able to play with her doing work and not get negative emotions. It's something new the devs added in, this is the first time this happened. My sims always work from home usually as gardeners and hackers. I decided I would make her make games instead of hacking this time.

Hm. Maybe a shower, or use the magical tea brewer?

I have verdant mushrooms growing in the garden and a tiny house. So she's focused for 10 hours after eating mushroom soup.

Yes I have growing together and it's called burn out. Thank you where it came from is solved.

My sim was sick the day before she got dazed, but I made her drink a whole pot of green tea. From the tea pot that came with dlc, can't remember which one. I unclicked everything so she don't get layoffs, etc. So I was surprised to see the dazed emotion.
