update worlds to include toddlers. It's really sad not a single community lot is prepared for toddlers. It would be nice if toilets in parks had a potty by default and we don't have to add them in manually. And the playgrounds which are not on a lot need an update too. This is something we can't change ourselves, but they are completely useless for toddles as they are now.
I believe Littlemssam has a mod that allows Toddler's to spawn in parks. Might be thinking of another modder, if you're interested I'll try to refind it.
