What's the most expensive items in the Sims 4?

schmapple fridge, princess cordelia bed, schmapple oven, retro rocket ship. make a shop made of these things only and do not sell them.

Have your sim get a few mistresses. They are pretty expensive, especially if you want to keep the quite.

Loooool unfortunately it doesn't work like that in this game..you'll still see them forming unnecessary group conversation with your main partner and talk their life away until they spill sth that'll put you in trouble

Or if you use mods & have mccc you can just adjust the funds to what you want. If not, then folks have given you some pretty good choices ☺.

I haven't had that happen in my game. The only time Shinya has been caught is when he flaunts it right in another Sims face...lol

Op you could also build a few very nice cabins if you have Outdoor and take your family on vacation. If you have Get to work, you have wide range of option for you to build a retail store. You can also build a few restaurants if you Dine out.

Leave all your lights and electronics on so that when you get bills they will be really expensive, also buy the suit or armour that is 8,500 or the piano which is about 13,000 (but you do have to be max in the piano skill)

I was going to say that if you have CL, you can move someone into one of the expensive penthouses. That won't raise the costs of the bills though.

If you have Get to Work, you can buy the Out of This World desktop for §15,100.
