Worst EP is definitely Island Living. Sulani is beautiful but the pack is so lacking in terms of gameplay.
Worst GP is Strangerville. I love the world itself and having the military career is nice, but apart from that, the story driven gameplay is not my cup of tea. Very repetitive and there's not even different routes and choices.
