Real life? Then health check.
Rotational save? Whatever outcome raises (or drops) the values into the direction I have in mind for the child/teen sim. Doesn't matter what the parent would say in this situation, I know how all my sims will develop and want the character values to back that up.
Any other save? Whatever I feel the parent in question would answer.
