What's your favorite apartment in San Myshuno?

I'm curious to know for those who play with sims who live in the apartments, which ones are your favorite?

So far I've only lived in the spice market area cause my sims haven't gotten enough money yet to live in better apartments :D Maybe they will at some point so I can discover the fancier apartments as well :P
