What's your favorite house type? Big, Small, Modern, Rustic . . . How often do you download Lots from the Gallery, and do you use them right away or store them for another time?

I'm not very good at building, so my homes tend to be pretty simple, and are usually on the smaller side (12x20 is about as big as I usually go). It's very rare that I download something from the gallery
