What's your favorite house type? Big, Small, Modern, Rustic . . . How often do you download Lots from the Gallery, and do you use them right away or store them for another time?

In real life, I have a fondness for log cabins and Victorian houses. But in the game, I build all sorts of houses. I try to match the style of the neighborhood I'm building in and/or the personality of the sim I am building for.
I also often like to start with something small (maybe even just one room) and then add additional rooms as my sim gets more money or needs more space. This has resulted in some interesting quirky houses that I like a lot.
I rarely use the gallery. When I do, it's mostly for community lots rather than residential.
