What's your favorite house type? Big, Small, Modern, Rustic . . . How often do you download Lots from the Gallery, and do you use them right away or store them for another time?

The type of lots I love are townhouses and “neighborhoods” (getting a large lot and building multiple houses on it). The only downside is that the game doesn’t like that at all. They’re really just set pieces. Which is unfortunate, considering how easy they are to build and how fun they are.
One of my many wants is them to include a Create-an-Apartment tool, so I can actually make these lots more functional. Bonus points if you’d be free to knock on a neighbors door and go inside with no loading screen.
