What's your favorite house type? Big, Small, Modern, Rustic . . . How often do you download Lots from the Gallery, and do you use them right away or store them for another time?

I prefer to play in smaller/compact houses with a sizable garden. As for building, I love building Victorians, and the Tudor style has also really grown on me since I rebuilt Windenburg. But cottages are probably my favourite type to build.
I only download from the gallery for inspiration, but even that I rarely do. I prefer to use my own builds as I know that everything I need is in there and there's no MOO involved.
