Here's mine. I don't have a Grim Reaper because I use Mortem by Simrealist.
I adjusted my settings to have fewer marriages and babies and I think I cut them down too much. The majority of my population is elders. Oops. I reset them to have more marriages and babies now. I have the elder lifespan set pretty long because I want my active sims to help raise their grandchildren. But all those other elders have been alive for way too long IMO. Looks like I need to go on an elder killing spree.
Annnnnd only on a Sims forum could that last sentence not inspire a dozen calls to emergency services LOL.
