@Stormkeep Yeah, lol. The homeless sim population is thriving in my game. And you can be sure they have no issue swiping food or drinks from my sims. Not to mention the numerous free grilled meals at the parks.
Honestly I'm not 100% sure what sort of sims hidden households include, but I found this quote from SimGuruNick in 2016:
"We have lots of different NPCs that cannot be located in Manage Households and don't actually live in the world, this is by design. We call them "townies". I believe service NPCs fall under this category. The Grim Reaper definitely falls under this category. Sounds like guilty suspects falls under this category as well."
Those guilty suspects refer to the ones from GTW's police career. Definitely have (had??) a lot of those in my game.
