The cemetery is a cool idea! Whenever I play a legacy game, I will make sure to have 1 cemetery somewhere in the world. In one of my saved games, I have a family cemetery and there's mausoleum too, with an underground labyrinth..because one of the founder's children is a vampire. So, the place have at least 2 functions, which is to be the last resting place for the family & the venue for the family vampires gathering spot.. The only problem that I encounter is either to identify the place as a generic or a park.
