When Will You be Getting Your Sims Ready for Christmas?

For me, the Christmas season doesn't start until after Thanksgiving. For my Sims, I throw something together when I get the Winterfest notification, then take it all down at midnight.

*shrug*

My sims celebrate Christmas/Winterfest when the holiday pops up on the calendar.

I'm mostly to lazy to decorate their homes properly. They usually get a tree and some outdoor decorations from the deco box and that's it. :D

I'm solving that problem in style this year. I am either moving them or sending them on v*aca to SE for Christmas, and putting them in a fully decorated house. I found some awesome ones in the gallery.

Its a hassle for me, whenever the pop up message appears saying to decorate, I’m just like ughhh.
At first it was fun but after so many families, just stop it. I never have room for the Christmas tree and presents too??

I don't celebrate Halloween so... right now! I'm so ready for Christmas.

I don't really bring "real" holidays into the game. Whatever the time, day, or weather, my Sims follow their own calendar. So, they only really celebrate their game holidays.
