When you stop playing a sim for the day, do you address their needs first?

I usually do, and save/end the game at night when (hopefully) everyone is asleep. It's like starting a new day when opening up again. The only exception is when I have too many toddlers who need attention and I become overwhelmed. Then I just save/quit right there until I'm emotionally ready to continue ?
