Where are the hotdogs?

Question

Did they take out the hotdog costume?

For adults, I can only find the body, not the head. And for kids, I can't find it at all. When I try placing a hotdog costume from the Gallery, it says items have been removed.

I've noticed that even some of my own creations say there is content missing. How is that possible? It was there when I created it, and some of this stuff, like the hotdog costume, is base game stuff.

What's going on?

Edit: I don't have any mods, so there is no replacement or anything like that happening.

Went to my game to check it out. It's all fine for me.

I'd suggest you repair the game. It could help.

In Origin, right-click on The Sims 4 in My Library and choose "Repair Game".
In EA App, click on three dots that come up when you hover over the game and choose "Repair Game".
In Steam, open the game page, open up settings, then Properties, then Local Files, and finally Verify integrity of game files.

@EgonVM, Thanks. Repair game didn't help. But if you don't have this issue, it must be on my end. I looked at EAHQ and didn't see anyone with this issue, but I'll look again.

I saw someone in the hotdog costume walking past my sims cafe in Magnolia Prominade just a few days ago!

Just double checking, I know you said you don't have mods, but what about CC? CAS items, etc?
