One of the buildings in the Spice District has a pretty small apartment (see pictures below). What I do is that I put several single sims as roommates in the bigger ones. It's not a satisfying solution and overall this EP is uninspiring, limiting and boring. I've never been this disappointed before, and I have been very skeptical and critical of other EP's, and the Sims 4 as a whole. I would truly not recommend this EP.
