Where are the umbrellas located? And clothing question?

Question

Where are the umbrellas located and how can your sim use them? Can they only be used in the rain or can vampires use them as protection from the sun like in sims 3?

Also if you dont change into hot and cold weather clothes will your sim freeze or overheat to death? My sims mood changed when it was cold outside till i changed into cold clothes so i was checkin on this too?

There's an umbrella stand in the build catalog that you get umbrellas from. You just pick one and your sim uses it automatically when they go out in the rain. I read that sun protection for vampires would be patched in but it is not currently a feature.

I have the umbrella stand, my sim chose an umbrella but never uses it in the rain, or does it only apply to new families you make, not your saved family?

I have a saved family before Seasons and my sim chose an umbrella and used it outside, I like the umbrellas in 4 better then 3, you don't have to buy one for each sim :)
