Where are the umbrellas located? And clothing question?

There's an umbrella stand in the build catalog that you get umbrellas from. You just pick one and your sim uses it automatically when they go out in the rain. I read that sun protection for vampires would be patched in but it is not currently a feature.

Also if you dont change into hot and cold weather clothes will your sim freeze or overheat to death?
