Where are the worlds in relation to each other?

If all the worlds were on one connected map, where would they be? I've always thought Windenburg to be north of San Myshuno based on the trees you see in the world view of SM. I've also thought tha...

I like to imagine that San Myshuno and Del Sol Valley are in the same general region, with San Myshuno being like San Francisco and Del Sol Valley being like Los Angeles. So they'd be fairly close to each other with San Myshuno in the north and Del Sol Valley in the south.
