Where can I unlock this hidden top?

This popped up in my game when I was making a sim. I need to know what I can need to do to perma unlock it. I really like it. It has a fork and knife image on the back

That looks for Get Together. I think you need to be in a club or something?

Yep, looks like a club jacket to me. It's a club perk you unlock with club points.

That's odd my sims has it nether one of them are not in clubs at this moment. i think has something to with unlocking or show hidden objects.
