Where can you get the nectar bottles without making nectar?

I was disappointed their not at the bars or nightclubs even though the trailer shows sims with them in those venues. We're do you buy the bottles from? I'm assuming in the trailer they had the Sims...

I don't have the cheats memorized and I don't have the cheat site links on this new laptop. But I did check the store and (it may be random), there was no nectar for sale. The store is on the left behind the horse competing building.
