Where did the Simoleans come from?
So Riddle me this. I am working on a new save so I have one little apartment in San Myshuno with no furniture or anything which acts as a landing pad for downloading my sims from the library or galler...

When you were seperating your sims, were you using freerealestate? Or did you at any point have households with exactly zero household funds? In this case the game glitches and generates these funds. (It might have to do something with overflow values, like when in old games a value reached its maximum and would revert to zero if even a single number got added.)
