Where do I find pre built houses, lots?
I heard that there are a ton of pre built houses and lots in the game but I can't seem to find that option in my game. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

The lots would be in the Gallery - that's the community one. The local one (your content) is the Library. Both are in-game, so I assume you meant ingame to be your library.
When you open the gallery (if you have online access on) it'll be Maxis-only by default - selecting "lots" on the left will show you only Maxis lots. I don't think there are any lots that come in the game until you actually save the Maxis ones to your library.
