It's not the easiest of guides to use when you want to look up something specific. Could have done with an index!

@devans0714 you have to fabricate eco upgrade parts. Normal upgrade parts can be ordered online or by sifting trash piles from repairing things.

I had no idea you could buy upgrade parts. When I saw the fabricator could make them, I thought "This is a godsend! Getting parts randomly by repairing stuff takes FOREVER!" :D

First you need to use the recycler (found on any community space lot) to turn stuff into bits & pieces (nearly anything you can have in personal or household inventory can go into it). Then you need a fabricator (there is not one available on any community lots for free, you'll have to go into manage world to put one in one of the community spaces), and you use your bits & pieces to fabricate the eco parts (or anything else you can make with it)
