Where do the dead sims go?
I wish there was a proper way to handle dead sims... so we could make a cemetery or something. Does anyone know how to find the urns of sims who have died (when you're not playing them)?

Today my sim went to visit his toddler on a lot he'd never been to before and two tombstones were sat out front of the house. My sim had only known them as acquaintances and had never visited the lot before.
Also, my sim was at a karaoke bar in the city when another sim died, I put the tombstone in his inventory and put it in the park in Willow Creek.
