No idea. That would be interesting. I added roses hoping for a romantic moodlet but didn't get that. I'm not sure, but I think the moodlets you get are pretty random. My Sims will have a Playful moodlet when wearing warm clothes fresh out of the dryer, which seems a bit odd to me simply because if I put on something straight from the dryer I'm more likely to feel a warm, comfy feeling or maybe inspired (at the most) by the scent.
