Is that really the reason? I think its less likely that you care about the ToS and EA being taken advantage of and more that you're upset because you couldnt download something behind a paywall.
Quite a few paysites are run by people who DO steal from EA and recolour the stolen content,Reksoh. I've seen it happen too many times with Sims 1,2,and 3,and its still happening with Sims 4.In fact,there have been paysites that have scammed people and run off with the money Panda has every right to be concerned about this.
