Where do you take sims for dating or family activities to become closer?

For me, it depends on the Sims and their personalities. My default activity is grabbing lunch at a nice restaurant. Sometimes, it'll be getting coffee at a cafe. I have nightclubs, karaoke bars, bowling alleys, skating rinks, and movie theatres in my world for dates and hangout spots.

For family activities, I have several multifunctional parks with toddler and children playground equipment. I even added some pet equipment so the dogs can join in on family outings. I also have an ice cream parlor where my Sims can take the whole family for a treat. It's a retail store that sells ice cream bowls and toddlers can eat the ice cream, too.
