For the three of you having the problem of interacting with the platform, try doing a game repair. If you're unfamiliar with that, go into Origin, click on My Library, and RIGHT click on the Sims 4 cover. From there click on repair game and let it do its thing. It might take a few minutes, but if it fixes the problem, it's worth it. Best of luck and Happy Simming!
