I bought a fertility potion, but it isn't in my Sim's inventory. I looked all over the house, can't find it. My points are gone, where is my potion?? I am trying to use the potion to have twins, since none of the cheats I've tried have worked. I don't have the spa pack, so I can't do the fertility massage.
Fertile is a rewards trait that you can buy. It isn’t a potion, so if you look at the traits that your sim has you should find it listed there.

You can craft a fertility potion only if you have Outdoor Retreat and the Herbalism skill.
Aside from the Fertility trait, you could also use the Ley Lines lot trait, as that raises likely hood of getting pregnant with twins. (And triplets?)
