Where is Jasmine Holiday?

She is found in the community gardens in Willow Creek and Oasis Springs.
She showed up! But her name is Ruby Swanson and she's an elder. It still says she's a challenge coordinator though. So I guess it's ok? :#
It's ok :) That's MC Command Center's fault. She still does the right thing :)
