Where Is the Best Place to Store All of Those Collected Upgrade parts?

My Sim has gone overboard on collecting upgrade parts. He's a rather frugal Sim and although he can easily afford to have broken sinks, toilets, etc. repaired professionally, he does the work himself....

Giving gifts gives one at a time though, doesn't it? It is still significantly faster to drag and drop them onto the portrait of the other sim even though it's one at a time if so, because gift giving has a ton of wasted time for all the animations.
