Where is the comm tower near droid depot in First Order?

@bootsguy it's been awhile but I'm pretty sure it's the area where the ribbons connect from a tower to various buildings, forming a sort of star pattern. The control panel should be on that tower.

@Starfree I found it.. it is located in the middle building of the First Order Movement location where one can see something that looks like a swat of clothing dangling around like a canopy or a wash of clothes hanging on the ceiling.
