Where is the open thread for the disappeared gallery newsfeed?

Could someone please give me a link to the open thread relating to the gallery newsfeed, which disappeared many months ago? We were told this would be fixed, but no timescale was given. The thread I started, along with others that I've subsequently looked at, has been marked "Solved", even though it hasn't been. The excuse given is that multiple threads regarding the same issues have been combined into one. However, it apparently slipped the mind of whoever did this to put a link to that thread, or it was a deliberate choice for some reason not to. One might mistakenly speculate that there was / is an attempt to bury the question.
