Where is the witch hat?
I.D.K. Where it is, was I imagining it? Thought it came with Spooky Stuff, does it need to be unlocked.

I can see the Spooky Stuff witch hat without any kind of unlock. If it helps, I clicked into the "brimmed" hat subcategory, and in the CAS thumbnail the hat is purple. It's the third option for me."bizuktag;c-17880124" wrote:
