Where is this floor in Windenburg?

I was just playing in Windenburg and I'm seeing this rocky cobblestone flooring but I can't find it anywhere in the game to make a seamless match on lots. Can anyone help? https://i.ibb.co/QY5s1P...

This always makes me kinda mad, why the heck wont they give us those floors in bb so we can match our builds?
It is so dumb....
