I found the hair, I went through all the colours but that option was not there though :/

edit to add.. I will google all the cas unlock cheats and see if its not hidden there

They must have had a special swatch for that hair colour, perhaps something coming in the future, I used all the unlock cheats but still was unable to get that rainbow colour ;)

It looked to me like they were just filming her playing, not that it was part of the official show, so I think what @Chazzy said is probably more than likely.

Looks like a CC recolor which is kind of weird for the sims show. Then again it looks like they also have CC eyes and a skin texture aswell

I think that kind of thing is generally on thesimsresource so you might find the recolor on there

This is 100% CC. Notice how flat the texture is compared to the original hair texture? The clip is taken from The English Simmers content (as in recorded videos from her YT) outside of Spark'd.

Recoloring maxis/EA hair to add rainbow swatches used to be a popular trend CC creators would do... probably still do but not as much anymore. It's likely this CC swatch would be hard to track down because the creator took down the DL/DL page.

If you go to Youtube and type in "EnglishSimmer Create A Sim LGBTQ+ Pride" you'll see the video where she creates the sim. In the description below she has posted a link to the blog(?) of the creator, however, the tumblr account no longer exists. But since the link also mentions the name of the creator, you can google "Peasims Movie Hangout Hair" and hopefully see a list of sites that mention the hair. The first one that pops up, when I do the search, is bumblebee lover (goldrumz)'s tumblr and that one has the link to mediafire where you can download the hair :)

On a sidenote, when I looked for recolours of the Movie Hangout hair, I came across one done in ombres by Meisiu which I first thought was the one you were looking for, but it looks kinda cool too in case you want even more options :)
