Where on the head/face do you hold to adjust the ears?

I have a problem that I'm trying to fix in CAS, and it involves the ears. Somehow through genetics, the ears are so tiny they are almost not existent. In this case I would like to pull them out, oth...

It sounds like a bug I had with a broken mod/cc. You should be able to grab the ears, but if it's the same as what I had, they are all tiny and cannot be selected. It wasn't caused by any genetics, every new sim was generated with tiny ears. I can't remember what mod/cc was causing it though.
