Okay, you guys. I think what I'll do is use Zerbu's mod to change a residential area to a destination area and use Forgotten Hollow for my 1800s asylum, prison, and orphanage because the atomosphere there is perfect for these depressing places.
I had walkbies coming out of Granite Falls though, I'm not sure this is going to work... my played sims left GF while I was playing another household... the only one who stayed was one I had locked in a basement.
