- HermitgirlNew SpectatorI think winter in GF sounds very romantic.. but not necessarily to hike or gather plants. For the view mostly. I'd download some venues in theme a place to eat out and a spa.. or other activities your sims like to do together. I'd also redo a rental available there so they have good beds and other comfortable items around them. The jungle seems nice too but again not for the adventure aspects unless they are already prepared for that. Local flavor things.
We really need couple dancing in this game... - Where do your sims live? You could send them on a "vacation" to a non vacation world.
- Why not the forgotten grotto?

That's what I say, I had a Sim's friend House Sit, moved them in (So they keep their Lot). and "Moved" the sims I want to go on vacation out, into the world I want them to vacation in.- MidnightAura86New SpectatorIf I had to choose I would pick Granite Falls. There is a big holiday park I once went to that specialises in Log cabin holidays for people. For couples it’s marketed as a romantic getaway with a hot tub and a deluxe cabin. I went on one once with my Husband and it was lovely but after a few days I started to feel very isolated from civilisation lol That’s a problem I have with Granite falls
Selvodorada doesn’t say romantic honeymoon to me. “Come Honey, lets go trekking in the jungle. Ignore the the bee stings, bat attacks and other nasty things and help me pitch a tent!l :p
We do need a vacation destination that is more ideal for couples or adults like say going away for a girls weekend or lads holiday. Sometimes neither current location is suitable for the above.
I do like the idea of using another in game world for a few days, Brindleton Bay could be nice for that. - Selvadorada is prettier to me because places like Granite Falls are far more common in the real world. Well, at least they are in my neck of the woods.
- GalacticGalSeasoned AceWhen I read the question, my first thought was Granite Falls. Mostly, I thought about those lovely cabins your Sims can rent. I thought only briefly about Selvadorada, but having had a 'bad' experience in taking my Sims there up front, and also recalling some of the rather narrow escapes in Sims3 with WA, I decided if you wanted your couple to be married long enough for a family to begin, Granite Falls was 'safer'. Yes, I value my Sims' lives. I intend on taking the crew of the Enterprise to Selvadorada and see how they fair. LOL Watch out Red Shirts!
- I would say Granite Falls as I think it's really pretty, especially in the woods. But if you find that a bit boring then I do like the idea of sims holidaying on a non vacation world. There are lot of beautiful holiday resorts on the gallery to download and then have your sims visit really pretty places like Sylvan Glade, Forgotten Grotto and other picturesque spots in the worlds.
I'm about to have my sims get married within the next sim week or so and I think I will send them to Granite Falls, although I am desperately trying to get my sim to reach handiness level 10 so he can whisk her away to the Forgotten Grotto, then Granite Falls after. I don't have Selvadorada but to me that sounds more like an adventure holiday whereas you can just chill in Granite Falls. - I miss the Sims 3 at times like this. World Adventures and Island Paradise made vacationing much better than it is in Sims 4.

Really makes me wish we had more vacation destinations. Neither one sound like good spots for a honeymoon.
Granite Falls is too outdoorsy. Hiking isn’t so much romantic. Plus there’s bugs everywhere and no amenities.
Selvadorada is pretty but you’d have to deal with stray animals, not knowing the language, mysterious temples, etc.
I wish they had more destinations to for Sims to Vacation. Something like Hawaii with a nice beach and cute sims serving your sims nice drinks and a lovely romantic suite that makes your sims want to woohoo, dance under the stars together (yes there is a romantic dance mod out there), walk and walk along the beach together etc.
