Oh i thought you meant Magnolia the neighbourhood, Magnolia, to me refers to that world with 4 lots.
The Willow creek neighbourhood is the first one i started to rename all lots, like 5 years ago. So the name of that park i could have never remembered lmao. Its the independent inn restaurant for me, i Gilmore Girled the whole neighbourhood about three years ago.
Prior to that i had a concept of name for all the streets and given an adress lot name. I always disliked the lots names and as i was remodelling homes i gave em new names. I guess you cant play the game the way you want.
San Myshuno meadows is that the big park ? I put a Stadium there !

I always forget about Magnolia Promenade, even though I do have one lot there now.
I built the Aspyr house from Sims 2 on the Magnolia Blossom lot maybe 2 years ago. Before that it was my matriach Sim's home, until I moved her to Henford-on-Bagley. I did put new stuff on the Myshuno Meadows lot once, but you can't change the lot type (I wanted to make it residential), so eventually I reverted it back to the original and I just ignore it's existence. Most of my community lots are in Windenburg. That's my "downtown".
