Where to find grown onion plants????

There are both at OS , in the hood Johnny Zest lives, but it takes some time when they grow up. Your sim has to stay in that hood enough of time, at least when it turns 5am (time when plants grow)

I know they are on OS and willow creek and other places, its not a problem of where its a problem of the plants not growing. In OS i tried in every season and the plant stays without growing up in the planted seed form. Maybe it grows up and after five minutes it goes back to seed form again?. The same problem with tomatoes. They never grow. I got tomatoes from other sources, but onions? its getting ridiculous hard to get em...

And btw, not even in the seeds and flavors festival (sorry i dont know the translation into english, the festival where you can get the carnivore plant seed) are grown. I always get everything but onions.

Have you tried downloading a lot with onion plants from the gallery?

Look in your Sim's cell phone under purchase gift. You may find some to buy to start you off. I have found that for ages now, you can't just go around harvesting wild plants, unless you live very nearby. I have my Sims who farm purchase as many seed packets as possible until I find what I'm looking for.

Erm nope. You cant find onions buying them with the phone, already tried just in case i missed them again (i never EVER bought onions that way in all these years). They are not even within the seed packages. I bought dozens of them, and im not going to keep buying to the end of times jus to get a frikkin onion... :) The only way to get onions is through harvesting them through the world, or by rewards from gardening or other more uncommon sources.

Also harvesting in the world is not a problem, the problem is, why bother if you are never going to find an adult onion plant to harvest. Are onions sooooo rare? :disappointed:

@Tantalus , my sim could buy onions from that market stall at spice district, I send her to buy curry and saw the onions too. Naturally needs CL.

There's also the vegetable stall in Island Living, near the bar. Anyway, here's a list of where you can find the plants in the neighbourhoods.

Aren't onions a winter seed? You might not be able to directly buy them but you can get them through those seasonal seeds.
